That is a big achievement as I understand that cigarettes are very hard to quit - maybe when you're feeling discouraged you could think about how you managed to achieve that goal and if you can do that you can do anything!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13141358285955983509noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8626445965479771391.post-60278123570547067332011-12-12T00:21:14.869-08:002011-12-12T00:21:14.869-08:00Hi Genevieve,

At the time I thought to myself how can I possibly go the rest of my life without a cigarette!!! Well, I haven't had one since then and I feel great. When I first quit, I would get urges to smoke frequently but as each new day arrived and I didn't respond to the urges to smoke, the urges just kinda went into the background and now I don't even get urges any more. Actually, that's not true, a couple years ago I felt the urge but didn't act on it.

Maybe the same kinda thing can be achieved with my eating urges. I'm certainly working on it and hoping so. Cheers, JanelleStripey Froghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03913096873630632160noreply@blogger.com
