It all appears to be positive growth on your part and a bit of fun to boot!<br /><br />That's very good to not have comfort eaten when you were feeling stressed and upset. You should feel proud of that. <br /><br />You said above that you are able to stop eating when you are overfull because you want to stop. <br />That's really the essence of taking care of ourselves I reckon, doing it because we 'want' to do it for ourselves not because of a feeling of 'have to' or 'ought to'.
